Fee Schedule

The following information details the Lake Toccoa Fee Schedule, which can also be found on the rental application and welcome letter. We encourage you to review the Rental Application (found here) for all facility information and add-ons. Please inquire about local rates.

Reflections Event Center ( Includes seating for 100 guests, usage of the kitchen, and 4 catering tables) ( facility can accommodate up to 200 guests. Additional seating is available to rent)

  • Half day: $1500.00 (up to 6 hours - no add ons)
  • Full day: $2500.00 ( up to 12 hours)
  • Hourly: $100.00/hour (4 Hour Maximum, Only Available Sunday-Thursday)

The Pavilion (bathrooms, lighting, ceiling fans)

  • Half day: $400.00 (up to 6 hours)
  • Full day: $650.00 ( up to 12 hours)

The Boat House 

  • Half day: $250.00
  • Full day : $500.00

The Lawn 

  • Stand-Alone Rental: $200.00
  • Added-On Rental: $125.00
