The City of Toccoa’s garbage system is totally independent from the county. The City has its own collection system. The City provides residents with a rollout garbage can and a recycling bin.

City residential customers pay a monthly fee of $22.22 for a weekly pickup of garbage, recycling, trash, brush and leaves in season. (Leaf pickup service usually begins on Nov. 1 and ends Jan. 31).
